Add a mute function please!

We can't mute ppl in chat or their emotes in this mode. Most of the time this is not an issue, however when you do need the mute and it's not there it really sucks.

Please consider giving us a mute, as well as a way to report after the game for any racial/homophobic slurs used while in TFT.
