I haven't received so much as a key fragment or chest for the last week or two. I figured it was just rng back luck. Then this happened... And STILL NO key fragment or NO chest....
Can someone please explain the mechanics on what is required to get one??
If 4 S ratings on my team doesn't get me one, I have no clue what will.

I also was one of the S ratings, before someone says it has to be me that gets the S.
It has to be a premade team S to get you a chest. So were you in a premade? Also the key drop isnt affected by how good or bad you do, only if you win. Also with keys, the more you get the lower a chance of getting them is. So you might have to wait a week until you get more key fragments again Edit: You only get 1 chest for a champion getting an S in a season
Has nothing to do with S ratings.
S ratings get you Chests and Mastery tokens.
Winning gives you a chance to drop key fragments, and the more you win, the less you will get for the next 30 days. Everyone has a month cycle to go through.
