Worst shape the client has been in last 10 years!?!?

I've had a host of issues since this new client came in... Today's issue is, no ready check is happening for me. I can q up for a game, and then (I'm assuming) when the ready check happens the client just freezes on me, long enough for me to miss the ready check and Q again.

Past client's have never been great, but this one seems to be by far the worst experience I have had in around a decade worth of playing LoL...
