Quitters in ranked.

So, I just had two players sit in base like 8 mins in to the game b/c things didn't start well. This was a ranked game. I know this happens to all of us from time to time so, not looking for sympathy. Just wondering if I screen capture their actions on a replay and post it on here, would that lead to their accounts having at least some sort of action taken against them?

I get that we all have bad days/games, but to just sit in base b/c your team started 2-10 in a ranked game is crap.

I did report them as well, just wondering if the community thinks posting replay here showing their actions would help the ban process.
