Runaans Sucks, heres my idea for a more impactful negatron-spatula.

Runaans hurricane is a laughably bad item. For a spatula item its simply unacceptable for it to be so bad. It had gone through already a rework and still has the same issue, I find this design unsalvageable and feel that it needs to be replaced so here is my suggestion.

Make spatula-negatron make someone a noble. This works thematically since demacians (who all the nobles except leona are) are against magic and negatron is the magic resist item. This is good gameplay wise because it makes nobles a legitimate strategy. You might say this would make nobles too consistent and good, but each individual unit in noble does not synergize with each other except for noble (unless you get a kayle then you have knights with garen. ) this noble item would let nobles actually be viable and I do not believe it would break the game.
