says stacks infinately goes to 2.2 then spikes down to 1.0 attack speed literally lost cause this also my vayne was attacking slower at the start too

Don't be a dick when you can hardly relay what you're trying to say in English. Attack speed was changed this patch, so some units have a slower base speed, which means they also speed up slower with rageblade. As for your AS reset, give more info about what happened when it reset and they might be able to help you.
