im not able to log in to support also i lost my promos cause game glitched

so i ve been trying to log on to support for the past week or so to check my tickets and it wont let me, also last night i was playing one of my games in my promotions and in champ select everything was fine till the other team had the turn to pick champs and then the timer went to 0 and stayed that way for over 5 mins. on top of this its said everyone on my team left the lobby, so after the 5 mins i decided the client froze so i closed the game and reopened to find out i lost my promotions because i exited even though the game froze and theres was nothing i can do.
