if you are top and playing tham is extremely unfavorable if you do not have any hard ranged cc which is very few top laners i just feel maybe his slow needs to be lowered a tad bit and maybe his HP% dmg cause hes was 3 shoting in under 10 minutes of the game with 0 kills

you didn't build against him at all
you went a standard lethality build after going tear into a TK on jayce IN RANKED with apparently zero matches on jayce in the past
TK is a decent anti poke champ because of his grey hp mechanic, assuming he went standard build with green tree and a doran's shield I'd say that you went hard poke build againt a team comp that you couldn't capitalize on with it.
Jayce is as mechanical as riven when talking about his ceiling, his floor is.. more like fiora though, either way don't first time him in ranked.
is good on jayce into a matchup like that.
also when you're losing to an AP bruiser with loads of CC then don't build

The big issue is that not only does his W now have a base damage, but they buffed his Q, not only that, but buffed also the passive, which gives said spells extra damage. Its kinda hard trying to anti magic him when his base damages easily exceed it. Rank 1 Q with his passive can easily do 110+ magic damage with his passive.

you should be outtrading him with a proper all-in
QE>W>R>QW>AA(3)>E>AA>R>AA>QE will kill him or at least force out his bubble and then hit his shield pretty good

The changes made Kench a lot harder to trade into considering E costs no mana, so you can time the shield right to get possibly two casts off during a skirmish. Add the fact Tahm's Q on full stacks DOESNT consume the stacks, almost perma stun hell awaits you if you cant full burst him. Jayce possibly can, but you really need Merc Cannon's auto effect to help you on that (so it boosts E's damage). Ideally to counter high base magic damage, you build mr. Right now, it doesnt work in your favor with the diminishing returns you get from stacking MR.

There are a few champs that can really just make jayce inert but they're not that strong right now so noone picks them
