New Game Mode Idea

So I was thinking earlier (after reading a post), I wish that there was a way I could play shorter games, but something that ISN'T ARAM. I personally dislike ARAM a lot, I think it is boring because it has little to do with skill, but pretty much who got luckier with the team draw. I thought that maybe there could be a game-mode that was set to a limit of, lets say 20 minutes. At the end of 20 minutes, the game is over, whoever has the most objectives wins the match. Too often in the tier I am in, I find people wanting to snowball kills, but rarely push lanes. I've had games where we were up 20 vs 5 and the other team had more turrets killed than us. I believe this would teach basic fundamentals of the objectives of the games, rather than the pure kill count. The biggest and most frustrating part of playing sometimes is the fact that bot lane is 7/0 and has yet to take their enemy tower. They want to float mid lane to get another kill, or top lane to get more, etc. I feel like this game-mode could become pretty popular. You would start with like 2k gold, lvl 3 and off you go. You wouldn't need a new map, cause it could just be on SR like normal. This would evolves more roles, different ways to play champs, different lane combinations, etc etc. The list could go on and on, yet still benefit those who don't want to spend the next 50 minutes on a team that's fed but "WONT EVER SURRENDER!" I don't know if this has been thought of previously, but I just think it would be a nice touch. It's just an idea.

1 - You completely miss the point of ARAM. It's supposed to be a more relaxed, less serious game type. It can get really intense if both teams are evenly matched, but the whole point of it is not to be as intense as a regular game. If I'm getting frustrated on SR for any number of reasons, I can take a chill game on ARAM and not care too much if I win or lose.

2 - Starting with 2k gold and lvl 3 would promote aggression and trying to kill other players, because it would start everyone off with the resources to do so.

3 - If your team is chasing kills instead of getting objectives, that's their dumb fault, not Riot's. Riot has no reason to make a whole new game mode that requires taking objectives when the regular game mode already requires taking objectives. It really wouldn't be different enough to constitute a new game mode.
