Where is any testing mode with infinite gold?

What is really pissing me is that the whole system of bonuses and the ways they stack together is intentionally made obscure. There are long flames on the forums discussing whether something works this or that way - while it could be easily checked.

Instead now, when you want to test builds, you have to start games vs computer and farm like an idiot to test one item... So would it be a problem to add some void map where you can test and also check for bugs?
