URF request
Can Riot add an URF only report function called 'Tryharding'? It would be along the same lines as 'Unskilled Player,' not a punishable report, but it would influence the Matchmaking to favor matching those people together.

blkh11 votesI say create the URF as a selectable champ for this mode only.
