Why Did I Get Matched With Someone I Reported?

It's just by chance. The system can't avoid players that you've reported because then you could just report players that you just don't want to play with and then you wouldn't even be able to be matched in the same game as them. This sounds nice when you think selfishly, but then imagine every single player doing this and then nobody would ever find a game.

If you don't want to play with them, there's the ignore button

Implying this is broken in any way.

Because you should totally be able to fine-tune who you get matched with, lol. Let's just report everyone who isn't totally amazing.
