The Ultimate Battle [Fun Game Mode Idea]

Everyone starts the game with their rank 3 ultimate and can only use their ultimates. Every ultimate has no costs and a 95% cooldown. Champions with no ultimates like Nidalee, Jayce, Elise will be disabled, Gnar will be disabled because his ultimate is not always available and he cannot use the passive portion of it, and Kassadin will be disabled. Q-W-E slots will be replaced with a special 10 seconds cooldown Flash, real summoner spell Flash will be disabled.
