Suggestions to improve Team Builder

I love Team Builder, but it's really underwhelming as it stands. I have two suggestions:

  1. Allow the Team Leader to not only pick roles and positions, but also champions, that way you can literally build the team you want, whatever it may be.

  2. Remove the queue restriction for people that want to play outside the meta. What do I mean by this? Very simple: if you go bot lane as a support and you pick Braum, you'll more often than not get a very short queue, because Braum is meta support and his role is stated as support. But if you pick Kayle, for instance, to go as as support, you'll face a bitch of a queue.

That would be all.

And every team leader will pick only the best champions and your chance of getting into a match with anything less (even slightly weaker meta picks, eg support Soraka) is 0%.

That's not a game restriction, that's just people seeing your champion pop up and booting you out before the accept message even shows up.
