Please, please, please stop asking, posting, begging, etc. of when the new Summoner's Rift Update will be released to LIVE - it is coming in pre-season 5, now that you know when it will come out, please stop asking and pleading of its release date. An exact release date is unknown, but the general release date is pre-season 5.

Got a source for that? I'm not calling you a liar, this is just the first I'm hearing of them providing an actual ETA. Although I agree with you that people need to be patient waiting for it.
