Lack of Bright/Vibrant Colours and Increase of Darker Colours on SR = Bad Things
I have noticed that the map (Summoner's Rift) is a lot darker than what it was right before it was released to live. I bring this up because with darker colours and less colourful, vibrant, lush colours the game is making me feel depressed- especially when I am just a spectator and not actually playing the game. This might affect me more because I am more of a cheerful style artist myself, but if a cheerful person is getting depressed then that must mean that if any depressed people plays or watches LoL they could easily fall under further depression which could lead to suicide; not even taking in account with abuse in solo queue (EU West being the biggest offender here). I bring this up because I really want the LoL that made me like the game back in season 1 with the more (for a lack of a better word) cartoonie art style, more art style focused game (which this element is still kept for the most part), and brighter, vibrant, saturated colours. These elements made me want to get into league just by watching some gameplay and easy to look at and was a good environment to be in; because it was easy to look at made me want to play the game and keep playing with the art style approach and colour palette.
Lately I have neither been wanting to play or watch league and the look of the game right now is pretty much the majour reason for this. Now the actual art work is gorgeous and really well done, this is not what the post is about, basically I just want to see better contrast, brightness, saturation in the game just for an easier to look at game and create a better emotional feel for me and others (better emotional feel will also mean solo queue will be a slightly better place to be in because people will be in a better mood); also more pretty colours never hurt anyone right?
Just wanted to give some feedback and not make League of Legends go down hill because there have been good games ruined in the past; and league is not an exception to this
