Surprised by lack of Azir in URF

My main champ for URF has been Azir and I absolutely love him. Yeah, he is almost useless at level 1 with just his W, but once you hit 2 and get your Q he becomes a beast. And once you get your E... well, You can catch a Yi with his ult on. As far as I can recall the only ones you cant catch sometimes are Rammus, Ez, and Hecarim. I have even caught Blitz a few times haha.

I am just wondering why I have only seen like 1 or 2 Azir's played by other people. I get that there are more OP champs for URF... but in most of my games I often end up carrying my team or at least a close second.

My core build for URF is item 3020 item 3157 item 3152 item 3001 item 3091 item 3089

Sometimes I even ditch my boots or the Zhonyas (if the enemy is all AP) for item 3151 or item 3116

all he does is mostly auto attack. it feels stale, like playing a sivir, cast your abilities then auto attack.

I loved it, and it was insane. I made my friend almost cry facing him. I chased him all around the map. He complained "Azir is worse than yorick, yorick at least can't towerdive you and chase you back to base, only to kill you"
