Make a Practice Mode!

Like, make a mode that's just for practicing things. Say, like you wanna perfect your combo for a champ. Imagine the Training Mode in Super Smash Bros but in league. Things they should have:

Items Cost Nothing -If you want to test a build and see if it does damage, you should be able to do it quickly without minutes of farming.

Able to Change Cooldowns -If you want to test your combo, you shouldn't have to wait a minute for your Ult to be back up. Other times though, you may need to get used to the CD. Depends on what you want to do in the game.

Customizable Enemy Champion AI -I'm basing this almost fully on the training mode in Super Smash Bros. Have it so you could customize the behavior of enemies. Want them to stay put? Want them to run away from you? Want them to fight you? These should be options.

Customizable Enemy Champion Builds and Levels -You can't really test if a build does good against a champ if the enemy punching bag is always level 1 and has no items.

Able to Spawn Monsters and Minions -Just to see if you can solo objectives with your build. Also, it would be cool just to spawn 5 Drags and fight them all.

I agree that most people would dick around and just spawn like 10 Barons and build all bloodthirsters and have no cooldowns, but that would be fun. Just a suggestion.

Read it again, the OP is asking for options to speed things up in a practice game so we don't have to slog through an actual game to test stuff out.

You just don't get it, do you?

Re-re-read the OP, and think to yourself, does custom matches have this sort of functionality, where I can simply make items free and test out builds? Where I can simply reset my cooldowns to not have to wait a minute to try the combo again? Where I can spawn monsters to test out killing them without waiting for them to spawn?

I think you'll find the answer is no, to test anything out in this game, you have to wait, and wait, and farm, and wait, until you finally get to the point where you want to try a thing out, and by time you get to that point, your mind has been sufficiently numbed from farming for half an hour in a custom game just to see what a different item does to your build. Repeat as needed for each test and it's a tremendous waste of time. If people could make custom matches where it's like a sandbox mode that you can buy items for free, spawn in monsters and minions, and all that good stuff the OP said, it would be a lot easier to test things out.
