Why the hell is it the Team Captain's fault if people keep leaving the room?

Seriously? Why does Riot flag the 15 billion impatient douches who leave any room without the typical meta as being "kicked", so I start getting the delay as if I'd kicked them?

Sure, fine, you don't know how to play anything but what you see in LCS. That's alright, you're welcome to leave. But I shouldn't be punished for people leaving because they don't like the teamcomp. That's just stupid.

The longer I've been waiting the better my chances of getting people should be, I shouldn't be delayed from getting new people just because I've had to sit in a room for 30 minutes to get anything but top laners or Marksman bots.

I made a post a while back about a TB match that had a Sion ADC and Malph Support on my team and it was the most fun game I've ever played. I think people should be more open to off-Meta picks in normals. You never know when a champ might actually do well in a different position and make the game fun.

Just today I kept getting a bunch of top laners that didn't work with my team and I was up to a 25 second wait but I was ok with it because I declined them all. I got someone and accepted them, 3 seconds later they left, and left me with a 28 second wait timer for another top laner. Not the end of the world but Rito plz. :D

I completely understand your agony because people leaving is very annoying an it takes longer to play a 20 min+ game. Simple solution play with as many friends as you can so that this problem doesn't exist. In addition find friends that play those lesser roles like Support or Jungle that way that can minimize your wait time. It seems to work for me very well. I use to main jungle earlier this season, an support in season 4 so my wait times have never been too bad, however now that I'm main rolling AD carry my wait times are a bit longer when my friends aren't online but its never been like 30 minutes. I know it sucks but it'll get better soon enough.

I joined a team builder game the other day with a scarner ADC. Never again. In Team Builder each person is really a captain when you think about it. I don't souly stick to meta champs and don't mind if my team doesn't BUT I can smell a bad team comp from a mile away and am not going to stick around and be tortured for 20+ minutes.

If I don't have at least 3 people to start a team builder group I solo queue team builder or join another mode.

get at least to gold so when people join, they know how to play the role.
