new featured game coming with act 3?!?
i noticed when i went to create an item set there are a bunch of new items having to deal with "mercenaries" could these be hinting at a bilgewater featured game mode for act 3?

yes. there is suppose to be a new game mode.( http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/page/bilgewater-boarding-parties-drop-anchor) scroll down until you see the online tournament portion of this page. The new game mode is called Black Market Brawler
