So a party of 1 player [ no party ] will get 0% IP bonus.
If you have a duo you get 150% IP bonus.
Full party gets 300% IP bonus.

There was a rather big effort done on the map's reworked appearance and mechanics, as well as devoting champion specific nerfs and item exclusives to TT. 
Small effort like this nurtures previous work to give fruitful result such as player entertainment, supposedly.
