Can we have the proper "tons of damage" mode?

Basically, remove armor/mr on champions (and mr/armor pen, cause we don't want free % damage now do we) and, I don't know, double the damage an ability deals.

So who's broken, and who's even more broken, is my question.

As far as tons of damage is concerned, I think Riot multiplying all damage by 1,000 during URF was sufficient to cover this request.
