Nemesis Draft URF and All Random URF

Next year's URF I think either Nemesis Draft or All Random URF would be the better approach to forcefully remove the meta forming; so that the mode can be about chaotic fun fighting rather than playing to win. Also lower death timers for more bloody killing action!
