Sounds good. But would only further encourage ARAM smurf accounts so they don't have to dodge until they get a pick they want. Only way to truly fix ARAM is open the entire champion pool to everyone like nemesis draft does.

Well, 2 hours is a bit overdoing it though, having at least a 30 minute or lower time would make it better, but NOT 2 hours.
