No Consenquences mode

A mode where kills grant no gold and you respawn instantly. So the game isn't decided by "who has a sucky teammate that feeds" and instead you kill your lane partners to gain time in lane to push and win. This should be combined with URF as well because it's a mode where everything is for laughs and there are a lot of broken champs.
