@ManWolfAxeBoss, Twisted Treeline tower damage and minion HP

I think this happened in the most recent patch...

On Twisted Treeline, the first towers in each lane will kill full HP melee minions in 2 shots.

The expected outcome is that melee minions take 2 tower shots and are left with enough HP for an auto attack from any champion to kill them.

Was this an unintentional change? If it was intentional, why was the change made?
