A 10 second timer after the end of the initial timer ( similar to blind pick )

Why? So that guy who gave you heimerdinger last second can switch his runes & masteries and so can you.

During this 10 second period, trading should not work.

Then remove 20 seconds off the beginning of champ select, because people already have way too much fucking time to decide to dodge.
