It's about time to remove Blind Pick from the game and/or tweak Team Builder.

Let's face it, the newer queue mode Team Builder was a great idea, but it could be better. As of now the queues are far more empty than Blind Pick just because of how fast you can get into a game. If TB was tweaked a bit, it would be a much nicer queue. Allowing players to change their champion, or just enter a queue with only the role and lane they want, would allow players to talk about strategy before entering a game. Team Builder as is, most of the time causes a mix matched champion line-up, and can lead up to very frustrating games with no real team synergy. Being able to cooperate as a team before entering a game would most likely improve team play as a whole. With these changes to TB it would be a much more enjoyable experience.
