wouldn't be much, like 25 rp to 50 rp. people waiting could all pitch into together scrap up tiny bit of rp; 7 rp here, 4 rp there until 25 is collected.
I think I was able to understand what you're saying (I assume this is for Team Builder);
Pay RP to have priority for filling roles you need, so if Support is in short supply your group can play a little RP to get a skilled Support main, and if they perform well they get the RP.
This, I find a terrible idea. Players shouldn't have to or be allowed to pay anything to get priority players in matchmaking. Everyone has the same opportunity; that's the only way the game is fair.
