wouldn't be much, like 25 rp to 50 rp. people waiting could all pitch into together scrap up tiny bit of rp; 7 rp here, 4 rp there until 25 is collected.

Pay RP to have priority for filling roles you need, so if Support is in short supply your group can play a little RP to get a skilled Support main, and if they perform well they get the RP.
This, I find a terrible idea. Players shouldn't have to or be allowed to pay anything to get priority players in matchmaking. Everyone has the same opportunity; that's the only way the game is fair.

well i think the idea was to increase the interest in those roles so people in general didnt have to wait as long. the grade is just so they dont troll to keep match making flowing
