In other words, Random One For all. Every player on one(or both) teams gets locked in with a completely random champion, even ones nobody owns.
Could this work or would it just crash, then burn?

you game mode like that you basically have people who've never played the champs and unprepared for the champs they get.... so bascially just another random generated game mode. which is no fun within itself
I could see this succeeding, but just like the idea I just post it, I can't see Riot using it. I'd love it if they would. They need some new game modes, but I doubt they'd take either idea into account.
