Team Builder Matchmaking sucks

A Diamond 1 player playing their first game of Team Builder is treated by the system the exact same as a Bronze 5 player playing their first game of Team Builder.

... The sad part is that as soon as the Diamond 1 player picks a different role/champion, the system thinks they're a noob all over again.

Teambuilder is set up to be the only game mode anyone ever plays, but no one wants to play it. Matchmaking like this, the unability to fill/change champions to fit the team, and the horrible wait times is why I've given up on it. I might play some for the new Summoners Rift, but as soon as the map is avalable on blind pick that's where I'll head.

A bunch of people who practically never touch Team Builder (and thus have low MMR on it) are piling into Team builder to try the new map. You're gonna have deal with it until the map goes to ranked.

Yeah, I frequently get matched with people 400+ MMR above me. We're talking Silver IIIs and IIs, as someone in Bronze 5. :D Those are ALWAYS fun. And by frequently, I mean there are at least 2-3 in every game.

It's to my understanding that team builder matches people who have a similar amount of experience with their respective champions. It's not at all like Normal MMR
