2 things that need to happen in ARAM
- Unlock every champion. ARAM accounts are a plague.
- Reduce the experience on champion kills. If you or the enemy roll an OP early game team comp, the game becomes a stomp after the first 3 kills because one of the teams has a 2 level advantage by level 6. The lost XP from not being near minions due to dying should be punishment enough.
