So, Who is the top being in power level now?

Bard can brake the 4th wall he work with you and he helps you with what to do " o you guys want to team fight but I needed chimes

Unknown space-fairing race, they made Aurelion Sol their (insert female dog name here).

Bards actual power is rather questionable,I mean in the mountain video he doesn't go in and ends all conflict with his power to get the egg,instead he swoops in,snatches the egg and gets out before anyone can do something against him,so it looks to me more like bard isn't that powerful,but merely knows how to use the power he has to get the best results.

Sol however seems to be extremely powerful,but similar to Xerath,it looks like his power got limited,so currently he is extremely strong,but he'd be even stronger if he was unbound.

Which of course brings up the question: What kind of race managed to limit his power?Given Aurelions VO,it seems like these beings live in the city where atreus became pantheon.

I mean how powerful are they if they were able to limit Sols power?
