Why do people think Jinx doesn't kill people in her new lore?

She blows things up in public places. People are bound to get hurt. Her antics shown in the bio and The Wedding Crasher may have not had any casualties, but those were a small hand full of crimes she's committed. I guarantee she's done plenty of things that got people killed. A lot of deaths at her hands may not be on purpose, but she's Jinx... she doesn't give a crap. Not to mention she caries around a mini gun, which I'm sure she intends to use.

Because this. Killing people has never being her objective... she only wants fun, if people dies in the process doesn't matter to her... but is something that has not happened, for now.

I'm pretty sure Jinx is a certified serial killer, no way someone armed with a minigun, taser, grenades, missile launcher, cruise missiles(?), and a completely psychopathic attitude has not killed anyone.

Like imagine if Jinx existed in real-life and she decides to let Pow-Pow out for some fun in the middle of Times Square New York, tons of people will die in mere moments.

The thing is, she is more focused on the explosions, destruction, chaos. If she wanted to kill everyone, then there would be no witness to the "Explosive Show" she creates. There would be no Chaos.

Also, from what I've read in her new bio and the wedding, it seems that she only uses Pow-Pow when she is engaged in close-fights. Flame Chompers, Fishbones and the Great Super Mega Death Rocket! are just for blowing everything up! Her Zap (the laser) seemed to have the role to activate the Chompers to explode.

While she may have an psychopathic attitude, I personally don't think serial-killer is her main thing. I believe the whole Police squad of Piltover will try to catch her just to stop the Endless Chain of Destruction Jinx would bring to the state, just because she likes to ruin people's day, by just having fun.

While you are right that she doesn't focus on killing people themselves the fact she thinks nothing of their lives and the amount of destruction she causes would still mean she is going to rack up a body count probably higher than people like Jhin and Shaco.

Because while Jinx is having fun like most serial killers, she will still end up inadvertently ending the lives of anybody that is in her way. Because we humans are such fragile creatures, so fragile that people have been killed by stray bullets just because someone thought it would be fun to shoot randomly into the air.

So if Jinx decides to shoot a mega death rocket into a building to make some pretty explosions she will end up killing tons of people inside and even around the building either through the air blast, heat, shrapnel or being crushed by the now destroyed building. Even if you don't die the chances of being injured or maimed will be extremely high. A simple RPG-7 can kill people up to 150m away with shrapnel.

Or let's say Jinx tries to scare Caitlyn away from her with Pow-Pow so she fires the minigun and misses Caitlyn and shoots a wall next to her. Unbeknownst to Jinx she just gunned down an entire family as a hail of bullets from her minigun punches through the concrete wall ripping a family living in a small apartment trying to eat dinner for the night to pieces.

I could understand some people thinking of Jinx as some sort of crazy trickster/prankster and not a murderous terrorist, if she was armed with spray cans, fireworks, and maybe a pistol for self-defense but with Jinx's arsenal anytime she decides to get into some mayhem it will definitely result in deaths. This is made worse by the fact Jinx's lore seems to show that terrorism is something Jinx does on a regular consistent basis so in time she should have quite the body count.
