So Elise is steadily delivering dangerous magical artifacts into Noxus...

And if we all know one thing from fantasy literature, movies, and games, it is that you defintely shouldn't meddle with undead and/or corrupted artifacts unless you really, REALLY know what you are doing and/or you created them in the first place.

Sure, the Black Rose will use them for whatever they are useful of, but that doesn't mean they truly understand the purpose of these things. That means, every single one of these things is a potential ticking timebomb. And now we have to keep in mind that Noxus' old ruler, Mordekaiser (who owned Noxus before Noxus even was Noxus) is the big boss on the isles who would definetly have an interest of getting his old "fortress of unspeakable evil fitting for a dark overlord" back. Also, he might be a little homesick.

I would absolutely not surprised if suddenly several seemingly harmless artifcats suddenly activate by themselves and open a portal to the Shadow Isles or anything... or if some of the artifacts secretly corrupted the users to take subconsious orders from the Black Mist, tasked to replicate the original curse, just on another location.

And while I am aware that Noxians are downright THRISTY for strenght and power, in this specific regard it seems to have knocked out their common sense. Let's hope that Swain and/or Darius aware what's going on in his city before it is too late...

Noxus's vision for strength is a bit flawed.....They want to show they excel in brute strength but the real power of Noxus is dark magic. Hence why swain is the grand general.

I'm pretty sure they cannot replicate the curse like that, as the original curse was supposed to be used just on the king and queen, and was hyper amplified by all the ambient magical artifacts and the sacred spring. (basically, the artifacts made him function as a Wild Mage and he rolled a 20, for all you D&D nerds)

Chances are that Swain (and LeBlanc) is probably perfectly aware of it.

You should also take in consideration that Mordekaiser and the mist are not together, he is just using the island to regain his power by stealing the souls the mist has captured, for all we know before taking on Noxus he could have a showdown with the ruined king for the complete control of the island.
