I mean come on I would enjoy league WAY more if we had champs saying "Holy fucking SH*T where are we?" when they spawn into aram or TT.

I'd love a champion that's just really passive aggressive. It would have to be a support, obviously.
I love kled and skaarl to death but if you over saturate the game with kleds then they wouldnt be as unique. I belive for every Fun champ like Ivern and Kled, you need the (boring) edgy champs like zed and yasuo. It has to be a balance. Of course there are some champs with that one line that makes you giggle, like with yorick sating that everyone he knew is dead and then asking how are things with you or Jhin's "they're gonna live till they die". Every champ can have to own bit off stupid ig.
Most champs have funny quotes.
Even completely stoic champs like Vel'koz or Aurelion Sol have their sense of humour.

Every champion has funny quotes already. It doesn't make sense to hear jokes from Mordekaiser. I don't know why would you want more. It is league of legends. Not, leauge of annoying lil shits.
It is even worse when you said ''fuck aww a vayne main'', not creative, not even funny. I always disliked quotes that break 4th wall.

I'm not opposed to more "Comedy" type champs, and the idea of more "Joke" skins for champs also really appeals to me.

Even Baker 
was for the longest period of time before it became real, a "Joke/Comedy" skin itself. (I was disappointed when I learned that his Baker skin did NOT get new voice-lines)
