LB's gameplay is poorly related to her lore

When you play as/against LB, you don't feel like she is a deceiver/trickster/witch/however you describe her with her lore. But her entire game play involves dashing into someone's face, throw stuff at them and blink back. Where is the deceiving part outside of her passive which is a easily identifiable clone? Her kit is more like a Xman with teleporting power than a deceiver from noxus. Her kit description is also boring and shows nothing of her lore. for example her q"deals magic dmg to enemy and mark then for 3.5 seconds" where is the description of what she used to deal the dmg?

LB's kit makes no sense when considering her lore, the only part that shows her deceiver lore is her passive, the rest of her kit makes me feel like the champ design team has deceived the story team.
