LB's gameplay is poorly related to her lore

When you play as/against LB, you don't feel like she is a deceiver/trickster/witch/however you describe her with her lore. But her entire game play involves dashing into someone's face, throw stuff at them and blink back. Where is the deceiving part outside of her passive which is a easily identifiable clone? Her kit is more like a Xman with teleporting power than a deceiver from noxus. Her kit description is also boring and shows nothing of her lore. for example her q"deals magic dmg to enemy and mark then for 3.5 seconds" where is the description of what she used to deal the dmg?

LB's kit makes no sense when considering her lore, the only part that shows her deceiver lore is her passive, the rest of her kit makes me feel like the champ design team has deceived the story team.

LeBlanc was created before Riot was capable of some really interesting mechanics. LeBlanc is one of Riot's oldest champions as well, lol.

I might argue than 42 champions were released in 2009 while leblanc was released in 2010.

It can be aplied to many champions created between 2009 and the start of 2011. They all had simple skills in comparison with new champs.

Its no cointidence that the most of the champions that have recived a gameplay update are from 2010 (Kogmaw, Cass, Garen, Malzahar, MF, Mordekaiser, Poppy, Shen, Sona, Trundle, Vlad... and Urgot who is WIP... Even Gragas was changed at some point)

Just look at Shen or Swain, their lores had no conection with the lore at all... Why whould a ninja, who is supposed to be calm and stealthy, taunt his enemies? And there are 0 explanations about the powers of Swain and he is no tactician in game.

as I already said below, since she is a leader of a criminal organisation, it is legit that she assassinates other people. That she has to be mobile to be a real deceiver makes sense

Black Rose is not a criminal group, it is a secret underground organization that rules Noxus.

Her kit involves no trick no mind game no deception. she is nothing different from say a katarina who dashes into your face and throw shit at you which kills you.

Her organization RULES Noxus, they are the law they are the lord they are the justice.

She should be able to transform into other champion's look to deceive the enemy, just like what she did with J4.

okay, several governments in history were responsible for the death of many humans, corruption and non-democratic leadership. They are criminal, and so is the Black Rose, so my argument is still valid.

Actually the J4 lore is not canon at the moment or at least it isn't until they wrote new stories. Additionally, this ability would be one of the most toxic ingame if combined with burst which is her role since she is an assassin. It has to work with the rest of her kit, synergize with it. That is not easy to design.

are you seriously saying non-democratic government that causes human death is illegal and criminal in a world of sword and magic? why don't you call Demacia evil because it is dictatorship? Shurima had slavery, freljord is in civil war, Ionia is non-governmented and bilgewater is full of pirates. you sure you wanna talk about human right and democracy in League of legends lore?

Rito is capable of making very complicated kit with tons of mini games(bard ekko fiora etc) I believe they can make a kit that works for a trickster.

I think it would only make sense if it was her passive. For every x minute, you can click on your teammate as Zilean does and you turn to it.

As you see with Jhin, the title does not have to be expressed completely in the kit. Her title relates to her lore.
