To those players who spam Mastery Icon and /Laugh Command
You do it to just boost your ego or to tilt me? i will gladly be patient, farm, get fed and win the match after you did that nonstop in the laning phase against me

I only do it with extremely obnoxious champions because it tilts people lol
I honestly do it to tilt people, it works about 60% of the time. Especially when you do it on their dead body after you've just slaughtered them. :^)
Last time I disrespected like that I was shoved under my own Tower with half hp. They went for the dive.... and succeeded.

I actually only use my mastery emote if I miss a skillshot :')

I do it sometimes to taunt/get in my opponents head.
Or if i am playing teemo or jinx, just so I can annoy everyone. Yes, I am that guy.
I dont know why but whenever i play sion, I feel the need to spam his dance. Maybe cause it looks like he's jerking it. Anyways it's whatever. Dont putdown them and out play them.
Sometimes I want my opponents harder than usual/want them to tryhard and there is no better way to achieve this than through laugh spam.

What I hate is when people use the mastery Icon after having won something and not earned it. For example in a game I played as Janna I had 2 dcs. (this was during my placements) but the thing I remember most from that match was the nasus support who kept spamming his fcking icon. I was just going in my head "Dude seriously? you're in a lane 2v1 against a janna while my team also has no mid laner. You haven't earned this victory, it got handed to you. Unless of course you consider right clicking earning a victory. So stop fcking bragging." And people do this kind of shit all the time.
i mean when i play blitz and enemy adc just hide behind minions giving up all the farms just to be safe, there really isnt anything i can do other than /laugh or ctrl+4
I do it for both- Most of the time it ends with the jungler camping me.

If you don't do this as Zilean, you're not playing him right. 
Honestly, it's earned most of the time. When I ult you from across the map as Sion before killing you and blowing your flash, I'm not letting you live it down. The laugh spam will be endless, if it makes you salty, go ahead. If not, welcome to the club.
I think not spamming 
taunts is reportable though.
The absolute best time is when you fail a flash or get caught and die or something that makes you look really bad and then do mastery emote
they do it because its funny to them. they do it to amuse themselves.

Just think of it like a Jedi mind trick, some people are Stormtroopers, some are Toydarians...
Seriously though, I understand it in some situations (I had a game last night where we killed the enemy Sion, and he knew he couldn't catch us to do any damage and would be dead by the time he got to the minion wave to try and stall it, so he just stood there and spammed his dance), but most of the time doing it will on average end up putting the person doing it at a disadvantage because they're so busy spamming the emote.
I acutally do that whenever I play Support Blitzcrank. His laugh is amazing and since I'm not meant to farm, I get bored quickly. So while I zone and grab every once in a while, I laugh my ass off as much as I can xD
I do it because its fun kek

When I win really easy fights because of poor positioning I /Mastery and I do my /J as Bard.
If you get punished for being near a wall and getting double stunned, I feel like I have to let you know " I AM A BETTER THAN AVERAGE BARD PLAYER, STOP ASSUMING THAT I WILL TROLL MY OWN LANE. "
I got that last night when I was playing Jhin ADC, they were not laughing after I smacked them around in lane and won the game.
