Who is the dead king in Kindred splash art?

I honestly believe he is the ruined king.

I believe it is the Ruined King. It is not the former body of Kindred, they have killed and taken this man. So I believe it's the ruined king.

It was confirmed already that he is NOT the ruined king. I guess it might be the king of a far away land(keep in mind that although the story focuses on valoran,it doesn't mean there aren't any other continents),or the king of a nation that doesn't exist anymore(like the protectorate).

It could technically also be the ancestor of the ruined king.I mean someone had to rule over the land before he became its king.
