Jokes apart, things have prices related to how much people value them, so if Azir were to pull out of the sands an immense quantity of whatever precious material that material would simply stop being precious as soon as he would trade it in big quantities.

This is true but, at the same time not. People are naturally attracted to shiny things that flash in the light and bring attention. Things like gold, silver and jewelry will never go out of need regardless of how easy it is to acquire. People want it, because it looks good prices be damned. Considering the fact that sand is a melting pot of elements, i am sure he could make do with just sand for awhile. If that drys up well the Shurima stock market should tide him over until people need more ____ from the sand. Metals etc. will always be valuable because it's difficult to extract from the earth cheaply and their is not a massive supply of it like dirt and air to breath.

I do agree that they wouldn't go out of style, but I think the price drop they'd have would lower Azir on Forbe's list of Runeterra's most rich people.

Besides, after word got out of Rek'Sai terrorizing desert travelers, the tourism sector of Shurima took a huge hit and their GDP got negative in the last trimester of this year. The spread between their bonds and the ones of Demacia got higher, too, and they have to pay higher interests to those buying them. All this is surely to hit Azir's wallet. (Couldn't help but joke a bit parodying real world economics xD)

leaving jokes aside I't say that Lissandra might be the richest. I mean she basicall left a whole chamber full of treasures seemingly just as a trap,reigns over one of the biggest freljord tribes and is also allied with the trolls,which might get her some money too(I mean trolls might not even need that stuff)

Aside from her the top candidates are obviously the nobles from demacia and noxus(ionia doesn't really seem to have nobles,azir needs to rebuild his empire and ashe/sejuani are busy fighting each other),meaning most nobles among those I suppose the top candidates are Fiora as she is the actual head of her house,same might go for Vayne . Swain is probably quite richt too.

If we're talking politically, then Swain and Jarvan IV are likely in charge of a decent pool of funds, along with Ashe and Tryndamere. They are champions who are also political leaders in their various regions. If Azir gets his empire up and running, he might be considered at some future point.

Personal wealth-wise, Sivir, Miss Fortune, Lissandra, and Viktor. Singed might be considered, given that he sold chemical weapons to Noxus.

Not sure, but it makes me want to see a champion or a skin that's full-on Ted DiBiase champ, "Million Dollar Man" style. A rich guy who beats you with money. Maybe it could be a Gragas skin where he throws a huge money bag at you instead of booze, "makes it rain" on himself instead of chugs, and has a bunch of lines about how every man has his price.

Not sure. We have all kinds of people who are born into money, but if I had to use insane troll logic, the richest champion is Vayne. Vayne is supposed to be the Batman of League of Legends, and Batman's superpower is money.
