Who Is The richest Champion Lore wise?
I already know it GP, but we won't talk about him because he has 99% of the wealth in Runterra. So who owns most of the 1% of wealth?

Azir bar none. 1. He is an emperor. 2. He controls shurima the land of sand and sand itself , their is tons of gold and other assorted valuable materials in sand. Strip sand of valuables = profit.
leaving jokes aside I't say that Lissandra might be the richest. I mean she basicall left a whole chamber full of treasures seemingly just as a trap,reigns over one of the biggest freljord tribes and is also allied with the trolls,which might get her some money too(I mean trolls might not even need that stuff)
Aside from her the top candidates are obviously the nobles from demacia and noxus(ionia doesn't really seem to have nobles,azir needs to rebuild his empire and ashe/sejuani are busy fighting each other),meaning most nobles among those I suppose the top candidates are

If we're talking politically, then Swain and Jarvan IV are likely in charge of a decent pool of funds, along with Ashe and Tryndamere. They are champions who are also political leaders in their various regions. If Azir gets his empire up and running, he might be considered at some future point.
Personal wealth-wise, Sivir, Miss Fortune, Lissandra, and Viktor. Singed might be considered, given that he sold chemical weapons to Noxus.

Not sure, but it makes me want to see a champion or a skin that's full-on Ted DiBiase champ, "Million Dollar Man" style. A rich guy who beats you with money. Maybe it could be a Gragas skin where he throws a huge money bag at you instead of booze, "makes it rain" on himself instead of chugs, and has a bunch of lines about how every man has his price.
Not sure. We have all kinds of people who are born into money, but if I had to use insane troll logic, the richest champion is Vayne. Vayne is supposed to be the Batman of League of Legends, and Batman's superpower is money.
Taric. He's literally encrusted in precious gems. The man's got a helluva money, I'm sure.
