So I just played some new Urgot on the PBE (who's insanely fun, btw), but I have a small problem. I had my volume cranked pretty high, but the volume of his voice is just super, super low, making him really hard to hear over every other sound in the game. I would highly recommend jacking up his voice volume so that the combination of his shotgun blasts, outside noise, and his gutteral voice filter don't drown out his voice.

Were you listening through speakers, or headphones? Sometimes that makes a difference.
PS: If all else fails, I think you can adjust the voice volume yourself in the settings. But that could get annoying (or make your ears bleed if Teemo starts spamming laugh).
Oleandervine2 votesI tried with my headphones and my speakers. I could hear certain lines, like the first move and some purchase lines. But in the thick of things on the battlefield, his voice is drowned out.

Oleandervine1 votesI'm still having difficulty hearing him on live. I have 5 point surround sound, and his vocals come from my main speakers that are on my desk beside my monitor. I can barely hear his voice lines, and Crabgot is next to inaudible over the bubbly sounds. I can hear the announcer just fine, and I have no difficulty hearing other champions, even champs with deep voices like Maokai, Sion, Malphite, Thresh, etc. It's just Urgot's actual voice I can't hear clearly at all.

RiotRiotKarateMonkey2 votesHey Oleandervine, thanks for the feedback. I turned his VO up 3db. Urgot in general is a louder champion SFX wise. He has a lot of things going on at once. I was trying to keep his VO lower in the mix since his lines are longer and there would be a lot going on while he was talking. Changes should be on PBE in the next few days.
