His VO is the same across all languages, so there's no specific Japanese VO for him. Rek'Sai's the same.

Edit: believe it or not, there actually is a japanese Rek'sai file! I can't tell easily whether it's the same as the english; the laugh sounds pretty dang similar...
For some reason, Gnar has a different voice in the German client.
