Does Demacia Hate/Fear Magic??

Lux's new VO lines:

"Never deny who you are." "If you hate magic, you're already blind." "I've been hiding my light, long enough." "I don't have dark secrets, I have light ones." "I believe in you, not just Demacia." "Talyiah, don't be afraid." "You condemn what you don't understand."

So some of these lines suggest that Lux has hidden a part of herself from the rest of the world. Maybe because she was born into a noble family, it was disgraceful to be a mage. Also since Demacia uses marble in most of their architecture (that's magic resistant) it plays into the "Anti-Magic" society along with a construct who fights against magic. TLDR; Demacia might have strong feelings against magic and in turn forced Lux into hiding who she is. Her story could be about self acceptance and helping others realize the same thing cough**cough Talyiah cough**cough.
