Is Kalimanda and the Crystal Scar obsolete?

I have to wonder about this piece of lore, because after dominion was removed (or rather kept only for ascension game mode), skarner switching from the mines of Kalimanda to Shurima for his place of origin, and STILL no news on Du Couteau. Are you guys completely scrapping the whole segment of Kalimanda? Heck the Ionia vs Noxus conflict has been hit on the lore more than the battle of Kalimanda even though the primary enemies are Noxus and Demacia, it's almost like your making demacia second rate to Ionia.

The Crystal Scar is still the home of Skarner and the Brackern, but it's in northern Shurima now. Sod if I know what happened with Kalamanda if anything, but the Brackern lore was adjusted for a Shurima setting a long time ago.

Well to be fair, the ionia war had a much larger impact on several champions. It is pretty much the main point of Irelia Jhin Karma LeeSin MasterYi Varus Yasuo lores.

Meanwhile the kalamanda incident only had a lasting effect on Swain and Skarner(and at least skarner doesn't seem to be connected to it anymore),since Katarinas dad went missing already before the kalamanda incident.

My guess is that the Kalamanda incident still happened, but somewhat different consequences that in the old lore.

The Sion relaunch page mentioned Swain having Jarvan IV's blood, which he obtained (I think) during their fight in Kalamanda. Can someone confirm this?

As for the Bracken, they probably moved their lair from Kalamanda to Shurima.
