Not necessarily. We did indeed know evey was next long before this leak but we still don't know everything about her appearance or abilities

Jeddy0177 votesTo be fair, Taric got a skin (pool party) only a few months after his update. And Fiora got her PROJECT skin within a month or 2 after her's. So it's not outside the realm of possibility for a champ to get a skin soon after their update.
As for Championship Twitch, I assume E-sports skins aren't prevented by other skins in development. Syndra did just get an E-sports one & is now receiving another one. So it is possible it works the other way around. "Getting X skin doesn't prevent them from getting an E-sports one." I'm a little more doubtful on that one though.

Main thing I would say to note is that a rioter hasn't said this leak was fake even though 1 already posted on this page. With the confirmed fake one they were quick to say that its fake

PhoenixOfHeaven1 votesWell. That list was confirmed already fake, but....Pool Party Illaoi and Arcade Yorick both work really, really well. Yorick already summons ghosts, which isn't new when you think Pac-Man. And Pool Party Illaoi? She's got tentacles, go an octopus route.
Of course, we already got both skins of those waves, so cant expect these two to happen till next year.

But Poolparty Illa? Nah. Maybe for some "lame" 750 rp-skin. But seems too similar to her standard theme. (Just with a Bikini? LOL)
Worldbreaker, Darkstar, Elderwood, Infernal, Dunkmaster fits her so much more for a more reasonably skin (imo)

LankPants2 votesNot really, Voli's defining character trait is still "is a bear". It's just the most immediately noticeable thing about him. This is kinda what I was alluding to with Kennen as well, his defining character trait is "ninja hamster", the electricity is more secondary.
What I'd like to see is something like Raiden, where he's primarily an electric 'mage', in Raiden's case more a god, but for all intents and purposes.
