Well, he is called the Demon Jester so I always thought he was a Demon. He wasn't of this realm exactly, but was here simply to do what he enjoys. Being a Demon.
Shaco is a mysterious being, in his lore it was rumored that he might be a demon.
But we don't know, and that's make him mysterious. Don't want them ruining it for me.
The ability to clone himself doesn't exactly invoke "human" to me
I thought it was always part of the lore that Shaco was a demonic entity?
Well he says that Shaco might not be human,which doesn't confirm anything.
Though it wouldn't surprise me if Shaco turned out to be not human,I mean in Jhins case,they made him human because it added a whole new layer of creepyness to him,so I could see them going into a different direction with shaco.
