For me, he was always a mysterious non-human being, but for some others he was human.
(Not related with thread but anyway) I think Shaco is even more dangerous than Jhin. Shaco should give a lesson to Jhin about murdering.
SaltyToplaneGoat2 votesWell, he might be. Until now we had nothing to go by apart from "MUH MYSTERIOUS!" and the fact that he had vague magic powers - but that's not really rare among human champions either.
As current lore is, he could be a demon, a tranformed or "touched" human or an really ugly dude with a mask. All is possible.

Though it wouldn't surprise me if Shaco turned out to be not human,I mean in Jhins case,they made him human because it added a whole new layer of creepyness to him,so I could see them going into a different direction with shaco.
