Why everyone says that Death Blossom Kha'Zix is bad?

This skin i fantastic. Looking only at its in-game model and particles, it seems like it will be as good as the Mecha skin. And I have to thank Riot because this is the closest thing that Kha'Zix has to a dark/horror/Harrowing-themed skin (as it is a plant and dark/death theme), which is a sort of skin that I think that Kha'Zix was in need for a long time. I don't even know why people were complaining about this skin being "effeminate", I don't think that this skin is effeminate at all, I wasn't even thinking of such sort of thing when I saw the skin for the first time.

My only problem with the skin is that I'm not a huge fan of the brown colour chosen for when he levels up his ult. Other than that, it's great. Also, people complaining that a skin for a badass champion shouldn't be associated with flowers or that the word "blossom" is too effeminate have their own issues to work out.

My only problem with the skin is the claws when you evolve the ult being green. If they changed the color, this skin would be perfect. Although ult is currently a shitty evolution competitively speaking so I will probably not see the green effect in-game most of time.

Also, I don't have a problem with the skin having a flower theme. I wasn't even thinking of it being effeminate. As I said, I was actually thinking of how this is the closest thing that we will have to a dark themed skin for Kha'Zix, since "Death Blossom" is a dark theme, that is also shared by Elise, a Shadow Isles champion.

Wasn't meaning you. I was referring to other people getting prickly about the name Death Blossom because they associate flowers with non-masculinity.

he means the passive on the claws not the actual colour.

The brown color reminds me of some sort of flower local here, and it's actually very pleasant in that regard. Accurate per say.

And that is not a problem at all. I actually like the theme and don't understand why people hate the skin

it's because the skin is pink when it starts out. it represents 2 things. a flower. and a cicada. if you watch the metamorphosis animations it fits very well. the idea behind the death blossom skins is that you become entranced by this beautiful flower and when you go to pick it it kills you. to some flowers/the color pink/beauty these are all attributed to aspects of what makes a woman. but the bottom line is if you're making something that looks captivating and fresh - like a newborn aphid are you going to make it bright green or pink? honestly pink fits more with the flower pattern obviously. then it later turns a brownish burgundy once you've leveled camouflage. so essentially the problem arises from ignorant opinions about color and content. simple. let the artists make art and the neanderthals play with their stone tools.

I can't wait to buy it. I am tired of using the Mecha skin - I also have the Guardian of the Sands skin, but this skin has inferior effects compared to the Mecha skin. This isn't the case with the Death Blossom skin, however.

personally i think the guardian of the sands kha'zix skin is "darker" (mostly because i always evolve his ult)
