Things to Consider Before Being Dissapointed with the Victorious Skin Choice

Now looking at the face (take notel of the beard and nose shape) to me it is pretty clear this skin will be for Graves. Whether you agree with that decision or not, there are some things to consider:

• Riot decides the champion for the skin 4 to 6 months in advance. It is difficult to predict what will be relevant or not that much time ahead.

• Riot will not give a Victorious Skin to a Champion that costs 6300 IP, since they give away the champion with the skin.

• Riot will not give the Skin to Champions that currently (at time of the skin being made) sell a lot of skins -- that would be your Master Yis and Tristanas. This is because the production of the Victorious Skin could clash with another skin for the same character being produced at the same time, as well as potentially decreasing the likelihood of skins for those champs being sold in the future
