Actually, I think her lack of a decent background and wonky as hell rear arm/hand are way worse.
Just man up and buy Frost Ass Irelia like everyone else.
The change actually looks good despite all these people.
That said, worst part of the splash is still the random green blurr instead of a background.
Of all of the aesthetic issues you could've complained about (Cottontail Teemo, anyone?) you chose the change from one completely normal forehead, to a slightly larger, but still completely normal forehead?

She looks better with that cute forehead a la Sakura form Naruto, getting really tired of people wanting ladies to a "common" or a "plain" beauty.
