Viktor Is A Scientist, But He Is Also a "Prophet"

The Glorious Evolved is clearly a group of radical people. Imagine you had just had your body augmented to perform things that Blitzcrank, Orianna, Cammile, or Viktor can do. What would you think? Furthermore, what would you think of the person who made you this way? To put it clearly, whether he likes it or not, people see Viktor as a god and are very radical about it sometimes. Viktor is not evil, he is a neutral. However, due to what his followers may think and do with their current situation, he can be seen as an evil by a lot. Basically, this really is a two sides thing. If you main Viktor and like him, chances are you can agree with him to an extent and would, at least to a degree, follow his cause. However, if you don't main Viktor and see his cause as right, he is an evil. In truth, Viktor is just a man with a plan that is very large scale. It's not up to him as to whether his cause is evil or not, but the people he gives it to.

TL;DR The Glorious Evolved can be evil while Viktor can be neutral.
